Experience leading projects of moderate to high complexity.
Active PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification. (MUST

Mainframe system operations experience.
Hands-on expert experience with MS O365 applications.
Experience working in state government.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe to Cloud experience
Executive level written and oral communication skills.
Experience within the last 5 years leading/coordinating vendor managed projects.
Experience working in an Enterprise outsourced environment.
Experience in Health and Human Services Systems, eligibility projects and business processes.
IT project management experience.
