Project Controls Analyst Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading and coordinating activities with distribution engineering, customers, and resource allocation for Distribution projects in Power Delivery. Work with Engineers and Distribution Supervisors to ensure the continual accuracy of each project and schedule. Monitor project progress and schedules with special attention to customer commitment and communicate construction milestones accordingly. Lead and coordinate scheduling activities by running weekly / bi-weekly scheduling meeting Collaborate with Engineers, Distribution Supervisors, and Construction Coordinators to schedule jobs to meet customer commitments. Proactively communicate construction milestones with customer and internal stakeholders Start date and completion ranges and reschedules

Project Controls Analyst Requirements:

Project Scheduling experience strongly preferred Experience with Power Delivery design and construction processes. ARMS, JETS, CSS and Distview experience is a preferred. Experience in work and asset management or scheduling technologies preferred. Strong communications skills Experience with Storm Estimated Response Plan (RSERP) or willingness to support Will be required to travel to 3 headquarters which you will travel to each location weekly:
