Job Description:
We are seeking a strong and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in industrial construction, with a focus on distribution centers, warehouses, and tilt-up construction. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and oversee the progress of industrial construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Prepare and submit project reports and documentation. Communicate effectively with clients to relay project progress and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. Proven experience with distribution centers, warehouses, and tilt-up construction. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
