Project Manager Construction Industry Marietta, GA 30007 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders while ensuring cost control and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Monitor project budgets, ensuring effective cost control throughout the lifecycle of each project. Negotiate with vendors and sub contactors as necessary to achieve project objectives. Experience Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or environment. Familiarity with PM systems such as BuilderTrend or Procore. Intermediate level proficiency in MS word, Excel, Google. Knowledge of architectural design and planning principles and procedures. Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating, and fiscal management principals and procedure. Proficiency in use of Smart Phones and Tablets including taking and sending photographs, voice memos, accessing cloud-based document storage, communicating via email, adding and managing attachment Experience. Residential and Commercial Construction Supervisory experience. At least 5 years. Physical requirements • This is a physically demanding job. The ideal candidate will have the strength and where withal to move large and heavy objects exceeding 50 lbs. • The ideal candidate will load and unload materials on a daily basis and will have the ability to maneuver automobiles and construction equipment with loaded materials.
