The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will utilize industry-standard methodologies and tools to drive project success and enhance overall quality management. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to PMBOK guidelines. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any issues or risks. Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and enhance efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Agile methodologies where appropriate to adapt to changing project requirements effectively. Manage project scheduling using tools such as Smartsheet to track progress and resource allocation.
