The Project Manager will utilize industry-standard methodologies and tools to drive project success and enhance overall quality management. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to PMBOK guidelines. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any issues or risks. Implement Lean Six Sigma principles to improve processes and enhance efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Agile methodologies where appropriate to adapt to changing project requirements effectively. Manage project scheduling using tools such as Smartsheet to track progress and resource allocation. Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project, conducting data collection and analysis as needed. Prepare detailed reports on project status, including any deviations from the plan and corrective actions taken. Skills Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and tools (e.g., Smartsheet). Strong understanding of PMBOK principles and methodologies. Experience with Lean Six Sigma practices for process improvement. Familiarity with Agile frameworks for managing iterative projects. Knowledge of Waterfall methodology for structured project management. Excellent product management skills with a focus on delivering value to stakeholders. Strong analytical skills for effective data collection and interpretation. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among team members.
