Project Manager – Level 4 Lockheed Martin is seeking a Project Management and Planning Operations Representative Staff to support Production Operations on the P70 Program. This role is instrumental in managing the build and delivery of the MDCXTM and providing data analysis and root cause corrective action support for production. The position requires a strong analytical mindset, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive operational excellence.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Project Management and Planning Operations Representative Staff your responsibilities will include: Manage a portfolio of effort consisting of complex system/technical development from concept, through design, and implementation by working across the functions to ensure alignment, consistency, and proper governance for metrics is in place Drive planning and execution across portfolio to meet contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements and satisfy customer needs. Act as single voice to program management and senior leadership on program execution. Provide timely and accurate insight to key program impacts or opportunities to the Program Manager. Complete all Earned Value Management assigned duties to include work authorization requests, estimate at complete reviews, schedule status, variance reporting, comprehensive estimates at complete, and proposal tasks. Ensuring data alignment and consistency at the enterprise and BA levels for metric collection

Basic Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance Experience in project management, production operations, or a related field Experience managing competing priorities Earned Value Management (EVM) experience Understanding of Program planning and management of complex program issues Experience coordinating technical planning across a broad range of stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Previous CAM (Control Account Manager) management experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) responsibilities Previous manufacturing knowledge and experience Demonstrated proficiency in developing proposals and execution of programs and projects Ability to author initial design and follow-on Statement of Work language Understanding of Technical Supplier/Sub-Contract Management and Integration Risk and Opportunity Identification experience Demonstrated proficiency using MS Project Green Belt certification/Black Belt Certification Must have strong inter-personal skills, have the ability to work within a team, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases Knowledge of program processes and lifecycles from capture through product delivery Ability to travel
