About the Role As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial roofing projects from kickoff to completion. You’ll coordinate between crews, suppliers, customers, and leadership to ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Your role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and satisfied clients — all while supporting a culture of excellence. What You’ll Do Oversee roofing projects (residential + commercial) from start to finish Coordinate with roofing crews, suppliers, and customers Ensure work meets quality, safety, and timeline standards Conduct job site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation Provide regular updates and clear communication to clients and internal teams Troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly and professionally Monitor materials, equipment, and job site progress What We’re Looking For Previous experience in construction or roofing project management Familiarity with asphalt shingles and TPO roofing is aplus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Bilingual (Spanish/English) is aplus Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A team-first attitude with the ability to also work independently Why Work With Us?
