Salesforce Project Manager
Role

Experience Required 10-15 Years

Experience:

10+ years of experience managing projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
Proficient in using project management software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:

o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for project execution. o Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
Assign and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Track project issues and ensure timely resolution to keep the project on track.
Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as needed.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage project budgets, tracking expenses to ensure costs remain within approved limits.
Forecast resource needs and allocate them effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates on project financials to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
:
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and changes.
Prepare and deliver project progress reports, presentations, and documentation.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders on project goals and outcomes.

Quality Assurance & Monitoring:
