We, at Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, are seekinga highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Product Development team in Newnan, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and overseeing various stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
So, what will you be doing as a Project Coordinator?
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities across all phase gate stages, from initiation to post launch.
Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact for sales, quality, compliance, manufacturing, and sourcing teams, leading cross functional group calls to ensure timely communication.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, Gantt charts, project summaries, status reports, and action items.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and issues, and work with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.
Resource Allocation:
Assist in managing project resources, including scheduling and task assignments.
Quality Assurance:
Support quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in post-project reviews to identify areas for process improvement and share lessons learned.
To be successful in this role, youll need:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Engineering, or project management certification (for example, PMP, etc.) preferred.3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment in lieu of the above education qualification(s).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Familiarity with phase gate product development processes.
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
