Who you’ll be working withOne of the top strategic focuses of the firm, the Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) practice is a rapidly expanding group with a strong foothold in large-scale transformations across all industries. What you’ll doWe specialize in bringing the client along on the transformation journey from the initial engagement, through the assessment, and the final implementation to ensure success and sustainability of project initiatives. This approach often requires client partnering, rapid industry understanding, and tailoring methodology as it pertains to each client’s unique situation.

In addition to traditional project activity, you are encouraged to embody your entrepreneurial spirit with the autonomy to forge a path with connections to your personal network and proactively drive business development at all levels.

Preferred qualifications you’ll need3

• 15 years of consulting, industry experience, or combination of the two, prior Big 4 or major strategy firm a plusBachelor’s degree in business administration or finance preferred, advanced accounting degree or MBA a plusHigh level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence with ability to identify and diffuse high energy conversations, encourage collaboration, and drive teams to desired outcomesExperience in assessments to identify improvement opportunities across revenue, cost and / or working capitalExperience in driving sustainable growth in high impact environmentExperience understanding assessment findings and managing implementation and deploymentExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to exercise executive-level judgementKnown for synthesizing and presenting findings and key messages for executive-level presentationsHigh energy work style, flexible, and ability to adapt to changesExperience creating gold standard presentations (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)Comfortable with travel•This is not an all-encompassing list nor does a qualified candidate need to meet every item listedSample IndustriesAerospace and Defense Automotive and Industrial Construction Corporate Real Estate Energy Financial Services Hospitality Logistics Media Non-Hospital Healthcare Retail Tech Services Telecom Travel, Transport and Logistics Many OthersThe salary range for Consultant is $90,000•130,000 annually, Manager is $135,000•160,000 annually, Director is $150,000•210,000 annually and Senior Director is $175,000•250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
