A Brief Overview The Lead Business Transformation Manager is a member of the Enterprise Transformation team and a core team member in a value stream responsible for creating and implementing transformational initiatives that are aligned with organizational goals and drive organizational change in a strategic business area. The Lead brings specialized skills in business architecture and process design and reengineering that assist the team in analyzing and identifying areas of improvement, reimagining and streamlining current processes, and implementing effective change that is needed to drive the business forward. What you will do
Business Transformation:
Support leadership in identifying and conducting analysis for business problems/opportunities that drive optimized processes, enhanced customer experiences, and/or operational efficiency. Identify change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.
Business architecture:
Apply business architecture techniques such as capability modeling, customer journey mapping, and value stream analysis, as direct input to the solution design and agile execution.
Process Optimization:
Help identify root causes of existing business problems and combine them with a blue-sky re-imagination of future state. Re-imagine processes by increasing automation and scalability while reducing the cost (CAC, CTS and others).
Innovation and Creativity:
Foster a culture of innovation by promoting design thinking methodologies and encouraging creative problem-solving. Evaluate disruptive technologies, business models, and partnerships that can drive competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Develop strong relationship with value stream leadership and business owners across assigned area(s) to understand business needs, conduct requirements gathering and analysis, and design and drive implementation. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
Risk Management:
Identify, manage and mitigate risks and dependencies associated with transformation initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant educational or professional experience required Master’s Degree in Business preferred Experience Qualifications Typically 8+ years of related experience (business architecture, business analysis, process improvement, enterprise transformation) required Experience in management consulting (specific to transformation, business architecture / process design and / or operational excellence) preferred Skills and Abilities Ability to develop business architecture blueprints by linking strategy and execution activities on complex strategic business transformation initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to apply architectural and Lean / Six Sigma principles to develop business solutions Demonstrated ability to understand business objectives and requirements and convert them into solution designs and / or project plans Strong understanding of and ability to perform root cause analysis of identified challenges utilizing critical thinking and asking intuitive questions to uncover details about the business situation Ability to facilitate data and information gathering, derive insights from analytics and translate into solutions and recommended next steps to achieve desired business result Ability to operate with ambiguity and bring order to unstructured problems and develop potential solutions while also learning new concepts and adapting to change quickly Ability to influence without formal authority and coordinate and work effectively and virtually with teammates, end-users and leadership Licenses and Certifications Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred Travel Requirements Occasionally Work Environment Work in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office. The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $98,600.00 to $197,200.00. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
