The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure that project goals are met on time and within scope. Temp-to-hire position. Pay increase after probationary period, benefits, and company vehicle. Duties Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Utilize Project Server for tracking project progress and resource allocation. Implement product management strategies to align projects with business goals. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective leadership and communication. Apply Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes and enhance project quality. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Utilize earned value management techniques to assess project performance and progress. Implement SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) practices for agile project management. Utilize ServiceNow for tracking project tasks and issues. Conduct requirements analysis to ensure all stakeholder needs are addressed during the project lifecycle. Oversee the successful implementation of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the industry. Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Project Server and ServiceNow. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals. Familiarity with Six Sigma principles and methodologies is preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with earned value management techniques is a plus. Understanding of SAFe practices for agile project delivery is desirable. Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
