Per Sé Group is working with an Atlanta-based commercial general contractor looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up and renovations/TI commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans
Manage project teams including engineers and subcontractors
Review, organize, and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, RFIs and more
Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with Superintendent
Maintain project documentation
Adhere to project scope and budget
Qualifications
4+ years experience of Construction Project Management
BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
Ground-up or tenant fit out projects in the hospitality sector
