As a Project Manager, you will:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our healthcare technology and data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare, technology modernization, and data modernization. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Lead and manage large-scale healthcare technology and data modernization projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure project success.
Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project delivery and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members
Candidate must have skills:
10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on healthcare technology and data modernization.
Proven experience in leading Agile projects and methodologies.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, data infrastructure, and technology modernization.
PMP Certification is required. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of healthcare data standards and interoperability.
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and data analytics.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range:

$ 101,500 – 119,000 Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
