We are seeking candidates with cross-functional program management experience, particularly those with Medicaid and/or Medicare experience. This position requires handling multiple tasks and potentially moving from project to project. Flexibility is essential as responsibilities may vary.

Responsibilities:

Manage all business implementation aspects of a project from start to finish to ensure timely completion. Analyze processes, situations, and data to evaluate variable factors, design and communicate operational plans, and monitor progress and performance against the project plan. Resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project. Prepare designs and work specifications, develop and drive project schedules, manage items, work with stakeholders to drive requirements, and ensure timely completion. Communicate with other operational areas in the organization to drive project work. Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status. Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones. Influence department strategy and make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding project components. Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications:
