T HE OPPORTUNITY
Are you a detail-obsessed, solutions-driven project coordinator who thrives on making things happen? At Renew Digital, we’re looking for a Project Manager – Level 1 who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of installation and removal projects that directly impact our clients’ practices. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless delivery of our certified pre-owned X-ray equipment. If you love schedules, logistics, problem-solving, and delighting customers—this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for end-to-end project execution, ensuring every detail is on point: Project Execution & Coordination Manage equipment installation and removal projects across the U.S. Coordinate scheduling with technicians, customers, and logistics providers. Ensure all aspects of the project stay on time and on budget. Customer & Team Communication Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling any issues with professionalism and urgency. Process and Documentation Keep project management systems u to date with timelines, documentation, communications, and logistics. Ensure compliance with state and federal radiation regulations. Monitor inventory and equipment movement to ensure accuracy and proper handling. Ownership & Follow-Through Tackle each project with energy, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Take responsibility for achieving successful outcomes and resolving obstacles as they arise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You’re naturally organized, communicative, and calm under pressure. You bring a “no surprises” mindset and have a knack for juggling multiple projects at once.
You should also have:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 3-5 years of experience in project management, equipment coordination, purchasing, or customer service Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); bonus if you’ve used project management tools Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight timelines Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team
