We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to oversee multifamily renovation projects on unit upgrades and capital projects. This role suits individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and are eager to grow. Experience with apartment upgrades is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Rehab & Capital Projects for multiple clients simultaneously. Set up/Maintain procurement and subcontractor management across all sites Assists in the preparation of project budgets including the cost breakdown, clarifications and scope. Receive and organize materials on multiple sites. Inventory and track orders Set up schedules and organize production of subcontractors Maintain Safety and OSHA Procedures Maintain Rehab/Capex Operational Procedures Punch units as the need arises. Schedule Work with Property on as needed basis. Maintain and develop new relationships with subcontractors from various trades. Prepare subcontractor work scopes for bidding and subcontractor comparison sheets for evaluation. Hire & train potential subcontractors/employees as deemed necessary to achieve best ROI on projects and company’s bottom line. Follow up with clients during production and post-production phases to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Maintain effective records for all aspects of projects from start to finish, including “Before & After” pictures and/or videos, sign in sheets, specifications & safety trainings. Maintain the most up-to-date information by inputting data entries into the office software, filing, and other administrative tasks to stay organized.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in managing multifamily renovation projects. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with safety protocols and OSHA regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

From $70,000.00 per year
