Project Manager – Systems Position Available In DeKalb, Georgia

Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in financial systems to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will oversee and drive the implementation, optimization, and integration of key financial tools and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and optimization of financial systems, including Sage Intacct, bill.com, and Expensify.
• Oversee processes related to Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense reporting, and banking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial tools into the organization’s operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to achieve system improvement goals.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of financial systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented systems, recommending improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial regulations in all system processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial systems. Requirements
• Proven experience with Sage Intacct, including AP, AR, expense, and banking modules.
• Strong knowledge of financial tools such as bill.com and Expensify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• A strong understanding of financial processes and best practices.
• Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus but not required.
