Some things you can expect to do:
Assist and grow regional field teams with use of Ryan’s scheduling standard practices.
Periodically assist project teams during the project proposal stage by creating and/or reviewing schedules
Facilitate collaborative preconstruction planning sessions with Ryan project teams, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders
Work cooperatively with Data Analytics team to track and monitor schedule health across operations
Display leadership qualities by setting a good example of behavior
Act as a resource to project construction teams
Work in collaboration with Developers, Designers, Pre-Construction, Project Managers and Field Managers
Travel for projects as needed throughout the year (up to 50%)
You will really stand out if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems, and are fluent with MS Project and/or Primavera (P6) An understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
Ability to work cooperatively with others and have excellent oral and communication skills in individual and group settings
A positive attitude
