Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Oracle infrastructure and data center transformation to lead a high-impact migration to Oracle Exadata, a hyperconverged infrastructure platform. This role requires a proactive, results-driven leader who can drive change, manage complex technical projects, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end project management of the transition from the current infrastructure to Oracle Exadata. Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure seamless integration. Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or data center projects. Proven experience with Oracle technologies, particularly Oracle Exadata or similar hyperconverged platforms. Strong understanding of data center operations, infrastructure modernization, and database performance optimization. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments. Familiarity with Oracle licensing, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
