Experience in managing stormwater systems, water distribution, and wastewater rehabilitation systems projects in required. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising multiple projects through the planning and scheduling of work, and the review and approval of tasks. You must be able to independently perform project management responsibilities for the evaluation, rehabilitation and construction efforts. Focus is on high-risk, high-complexity, and high-visibility projects. Responsibilities include resource allocation, all phases of the project management life cycle, (i.e., Initiation, Planning Strategy, Implementation Planning, Execution and Control, and Closeout)
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Manages the MME relationship with all levels of customer management. Frequent contact with all levels of customer management is expected. Ensures service/product quality and conformance to standards. Coordinates and directs the activities of all levels of subcontractors on a project team. Exchanges ideas, information and opinions with the management team to arrive at decisions, conclusions, solutions, or solve disputes. Is a company-wide recognized expert and leader.
Essential Functions:
To serve MME clients, (i.e., private/public businesses, state and local municipalities), and to effectively lead project teams, the Project Manager must be able to: Serve as primary liaison to customers and provide recommendations for improved processes as they pertain to rehabilitation and construction. Serves as the central point of contact for project-related communication. Make all Project Team members aware of their responsibilities and commitments, and ensure that they perform as promised. Develop team behaviors and empowering team members to plan and execute work. Fulfill all project contractual commitments on time, within budget and to the customer’s complete satisfaction and delight. Establish a system to document and control contractual performance. Prepare a realistic, detailed project plan and obtains agreement to the plan, and formal approval. Control cost, schedule, risk and technical variance from the plan. Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality assurance, and customer service, and adjust resources as necessary to ensure project success. Report project status to management and the client on a regular basis. Maintain a project binder containing all relevant project information. Assist in staffing activities related to projects.

Project Charter Alternatives and Strategies Work Breakdown Structure Activity Descriptions Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM) Effort and Duration Estimates Project Network Diagram Critical Path Analysis Project Schedule and Budget Resource Histograms SWOT and Risk Management Plan Project Implementation Plan Change Requests Status Reports including Earned Value Analysis (Cost, Cashflow and Schedule tracking and forecasting) Lessons Learned Additional responsibilities: Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. When in the field, compliance with and use of the following is required 100% of the time.
