Job Summary:

A-Action Vending is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vending Technician Project Manager to join our team! This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and management of vending machine operations—including installations, maintenance, inventory control, and vendor relationships. You’ll play a dual role as both project manager and technician, directly contributing to the repair and troubleshooting of vending machines (mechanical and electrical systems) while ensuring efficient project execution, cost control, and exceptional customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do:

Manage vending machine installations, relocations, and maintenance projects. Perform installation, routine maintenance, and repairs of vending machines and related equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, technicians, and service providers. Monitor inventory levels and adjust product selections based on consumer demand. Track project budgets, schedules, and KPIs. Maintain accurate service logs, inventory records, and performance reports. Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff for parts and inventory needs. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. Implement technological solutions to improve operational efficiency. Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly. Monitor and test vending machine payment systems, including cashless systems. Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational regulations. Train and support customers and team members on machine usage. Perform additional duties as needed.

What You’ll Need:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. 3+ years of experience in project management, vending operations, or a related industry. Computer proficiency and hands-on experience with vending machine repair, appliance maintenance, or similar technical work.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to operate mechanical and power equipment for extended periods. Comfortable working in environments that may be hot, cold, or dusty.
