AI Project Manager Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

Description We are seeking an organized, tech-savvy AI Project Manager to join our pioneering Creative Studios incubator team. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of technology pilots, AI tool integrations, and strategic partnerships that support the future of AI-assisted creativity. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Manager, AI Artist, and Studios leadership to operationalize innovation—turning experimentation into structured, repeatable success.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong project management experience, ideally in a creative or technology-driven environment.
• Passion for AI, creative technology, and emerging tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI platforms (no need to be a creator, but understanding is key).
• Ability to translate technical experiments into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.

g., Asana, Monday, Trello etc) a plus.

Requirements Deliverables:

• Manage AI tool pilot projects from ideation through testing, evaluation, and integration.
• Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of test-and-learn experiments.
• Track progress, organize documentation, and maintain clear communications between stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Strategic Agency Partners for technology evaluation and creative pilots.
• Identify risks, resource needs, and bottlenecks to keep projects on time and aligned with business goals.
• Help create and refine the Studio’s technology evaluation and onboarding framework.
• Assist in synthesizing findings into presentations for Creative Studios leadership.
