Per Sé Group is working with an Atlanta-based commercial general contractor looking to hire an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working on ground-up and renovations/TI commercial construction projects in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
Compile and submit required submittal packages with shop drawings for approval followed by completion and update of the submittal log
Compile and track material status log and project punch list
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in daily coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
Maintain project files and drawings
Assist with change orders, material invoices, and tracking material, labor and equipment
Qualifications
1-3+ years experience of Construction Project Management
BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
Ground-up or tenant fit out projects in the hospitality sector
Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.
