The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of project plans and timelines
Coordinate project schedules and allocate resources effectively
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
Assist in budget management and cost tracking
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive management
Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and team members
Maintain documentation related to project progress and changes
Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency
Support process improvement initiatives within the project team
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in project coordination or management
Proficiency in MS Project and other project management tools
Strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and process improvement practices
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
