With regional offices in CO, WA, UT, TX, GA, WY, and IA, we’re growing fast in response to the booming demand for AI, remote work, and digital infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced Mid Level – Sr Project Manager to lead large-scale, mission-critical hyperscale data center projects across the U.S. This role requires full-time travel or residence near Atlanta, GA, and involves managing all phases of construction-from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. You’ll oversee the installation and troubleshooting of data center infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and structured cabling systems. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in managing complex data center builds.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Coordination:

Lead kickoff meetings, define schedules, and conduct site walk-throughs.

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain regular updates with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Budget Management:

Manage multi-million dollar budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Materials Management:

Coordinate procurement and staging of all equipment and materials.

Manpower Planning:

Oversee technician scheduling, hiring, and performance management.

Change Management & Documentation:

Track milestones, manage change orders, and maintain project documentation.

Closeout & Training:

Deliver final project closeout, conduct client training, and lead post-project reviews. Minimum Requirements 5+ years in a construction or project management leadership role
3+ years managing mission-critical data center projects for large hyperscale clients
Experience with project budgets up to $500K or more
Knowledge of data center safety, construction technology, and electronics integration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Valid Driver’s License
Willingness and ability to travel full-time to job sites across the U.S. (unless located in Atlanta GA) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in related field

BICSI Certifications:

RCDD or DCDC
