We are currently seeking a IV&V Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

The IV&V Project Manager – Risk Management Information System will lead the work providing IV&V services for our client’s Risk Management Information System – Technology and Process Modernization Project. The objective of the solution is to implement a comprehensive, configurable, cloud-based Risk Management Information System (RMIS). The client’s system shall collect, analyze, and manage risk-related data supporting the evaluation and mitigation of business risks.
As IV&V Project Manager, she/he will actively participate in the delivery of IV&V tasks/activities and associated deliverables. This role requires a strong understanding of project management best practices and software delivery and implementation, particularly in a public sector environment.
Duties include:
Facilitate the development of IV&V deliverables and work products.
Coordinate the business and technical assessments of DDI Contractor deliverables such as Project Management Plan and Schedule, Requirements Validation documents, Detailed System Design documents, Data Conversion Plans, Testing Plans and associated results, User Documentation, Training Plans, Implementation Strategies, Implementation and Rollout Plans, and Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Plans
Assess and make recommendations on the management and technical aspects of project implementations
Evaluate feasibility of project schedule
Validate test results
Make recommendations for improvement of processes based on observations, industry standards, and best practices
Assess whether the State and DDI Contractor share a common understanding of the project scope, goals/outcomes/requirements, deliverables, and milestones
Assess whether user involvement and buy-in is sufficient for successful adoption of the system or component
Produce progress and status reports
Produce project reports for senior

Mandatory Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years total work expereince
Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of work experience without a bachelor’s degree
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience
Minimum 5 years’ IV&V experience
Minimum 2 years Risk Management experience
PMP or minimum 10 years PM experience
Must be able to be onsite 25% in Atlanta, GA
Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will not be considered.

Requested Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication skills (English), including the ability to write meaningful IV&V reports
Ability to communicate difficult concepts to technical and non-technical staff
Ability to analyze and resolve difficult logic and processing issues
Must have strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule Knowledge of industry standards PMI, IEEE, CMMI, and NIST
Ability to apply industry best practices and future state/federal mandates to existing systems
Must be a team player and a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $89,625- $160,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
