Requirements:

 4+ years as a construction Project Manager with a focus in Multifamily construction This is a full time/ permanent position with a 300-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Multifamily and Commercial. They are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects. Benefits

• Project Management
• planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources
• Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with owners, architects, engineers, etc. What You Need for this Position
