Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Project Manager with 10+ years of hands-on experience to lead enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. This is a long-term W2 contract role with a hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Atlanta, 2 days remote). The ideal candidate will have a

• proven track record in Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX) and must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (EAD, Green Card, or US Citizenship only
• No H1-B transfers or sponsorship).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Define project scope, governance, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Manage cross-functional teams (business/technical consultants, vendors) and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting project timelines or quality.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security, data migration, and integration (OIC, APIs) best practices.
• Report progress to C-level stakeholders and steering committees.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 15+ years of IT project management, with
• 5+ years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
• 3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations (must highlight in resume).

• Work Authorization:

  EAD, Green Card, or US Citizenship only

• No H1-B.

• Hybrid Availability:

  3 days/week onsite in Atlanta (non-negotiable).

• Strong expertise in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and Oracle Cloud architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Experience with EBS/PeopleSoft migrations to Fusion.
