Job Description
Oracle Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for Oracle Fusion Service, Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), and integrations via OIC.
Defining project goals, scope, and objectives; creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Allocating and managing human, financial, and material resources effectively.
Organizing and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support.
Communicating with and managing expectations of stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
Tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget effectively.
Developing and managing the project budget, ensuring it stays within allocated limits.
Successfully concluding the project, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring all deliverables are finalized.
Strong communication, Leadership skills and management
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of Project Manager Experience
Proven ability to manager larger and medium sized agile scrum teams.
Proficiency in tools and methodologies for planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
Knowledge of identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
Ability to create and manage project budgets.
Capacity to identify and resolve project issues
Skill in managing expectations and addressing concerns of stakeholders
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Project Management Certification).
