Position Overview Job Duties Creates and executes project work plans and revises asappropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Developsstatements of work, WBS, and overall project schedule. Identifies resources needed and assigns individualresponsibilities, by managing and monitoring team’savailability. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects, includingscope, schedule, budget and quality. Effectively applies Fortinet’s methodology and enforces projectstandards. Minimizes Fortinet’s exposure and risk on projects. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and storedappropriately from beginning to end. Works closely with all customer-facing Fortinet functions,including sales, operations, order management, support and othersto coordinate activities. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely andaccurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project. Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, billrates and utilization. Assures project legal documents are completed and signed. Facilitates PS, Presales & SE team and client meetingseffectively. Effectively communicates relevant project information toexecutive management. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive informationtactfully. Highlight areas of improvement and recommend changes inmethods, processes and tools. Monitor and manage operational and customer satisfactionmetrics to meet organizational goals. Handle project escalations and follow up on customersatisfaction surveys. Build and maintain strong relationships with the salesteams. Recruit, hire and retain engineers for professional services,so the implementation processes can continue. Maintain a great working atmosphere that allows personal andprofessional development to each one of the team members. Define, document, enforce and enhance processes that speed uptime for PS engagement request from Pre-sales team. Collaboratively work with peers within region, in order to workon initiatives which can help to give better service to ourcustomers, partners and the security community in general. Manage relationships with customers, partners and corporateorganizations to enhance technical support processes and drive PSprojects’ satisfaction. Establish, document and enforce processes that allow higherefficiency and productivity. Align strategies to proactively avoid potential issues in anyof the pre-sales processes established. Constant follow up to processes making sure they are maintainedproperly.
Job Experience / Abilities Required Outstanding oral communication and presentation skills. Strong familiarity with project management software, such asMicrosoft Project. Experience as a Program Manager is a plus. Experience at working both independently and in ateam-oriented, collaborative environment. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelinesthrough analytical and problem-solving capabilities. React to project adjustments and alterations promptly andefficiently. Flexible during times of change. Excellent conflict resolution skills. Ability to think creatively to develop new solutions toproblems. Ability to create a vision, establish a plan, and ensure planexecution through success. Ability to coach others. Experience in a Professional Services role in anetworking/security company or equivalent education. Demonstrated leadership skills. Full knowledge of all relevant business policies andpractices. Strong ability to energize and lead others. Previous experience leading teams is a must.
