What we are looking for:
We are in search of an experienced
PROJECT ASSISTANT
capable of assisting 2-3 project managers. Each project manager oversees anywhere between 2-6 projects at a time varying in size and duration. The person we are searching for will need to be able to effectively communicate with field staff and their project manager to efficiently assist each project individually. The daily duties of this individual will include but are not limited to: Problem management and solution Coordinating travel and housing arrangements for field staff and their project managers Curating purchase orders and processing invoices Compiling reports as required File, track, and log reporting from each jobsite Assist in tracking change orders, RFI’s, and submittals Secure permits and licensing per project Assist with vendors and subcontractors Answer the phones as needed Minimum Qualifications Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Etc.) Adobe Pdf experience Effective verbal and written communication Ability to multitask Experience in construction office support (Preferred) Schedule Monday
