This role is critical in supporting successful planning, execution, tracking, and closing of projects, aligning them with business objectives and timelines. You will leverage your expertise in project management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality outcomes, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Preferably located in Scottsdale, AZ, but open to remote work. VISA Sponsorship is not available for this position. What You Will Do Responsible for the schedule and budget for a portfolio of projects, mostly located in the Mid-west and Northeast United States. Lead the project controls team in monitoring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Provide accurate and timely project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and potential solutions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Drive the continuous improvement of project control processes and tools, incorporating industry best practices. Facilitate project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and professional growth. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in project controls, project management, or a similar role in construction. Strong understanding of project controls and scheduling principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience forecasting job costs. Proficient with MS Excel. Ability to travel approximately 25% to support project needs. What Will Put You Ahead Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project Experience specifically within the solar energy industry or renewable energy sector. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement change management initiatives. Experience with constructions claims and disputes. Experience leading a team of direct reports. For this role, we anticipate paying $130,000- $165,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
