WHAT WILL YOU DO

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and manage a large dataset collected from research subjects, ensuring data integrity, preparation for analysis, and generating regular reports. The role also includes, data collection, training research assistants, and modifying curriculum based on project needs. The individual will play an integral part in facilitating the project’s success, including ensuring the accuracy and consistency of l processes related to the data and curriculum.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Database Management & Data Oversight Oversee the database on a regular basis, ensuring accurate entry and reliability of data. Prepare data for analysis and generate basic reports using SPSS as the primary database tool and Excel. Ensure all data is consistently updated and organized according to project requirements. Data Collection & Testing Administer assessments in accordance with guidelines. Utilize standardized and research-generated protocols, interviews, and surveys for data collection. Follow the IRB-approved data collection protocol to ensure ethical standards and data integrity. Training Research Assistants Provide training for research assistants on project-related activities, including fidelity measures, reliability calculations, and data entry procedures. Ensure assistants understand and comply with data handling and ethical guidelines. Teacher Coaching Provide coaching and support to teachers involved in the project to ensure they implement the curriculum effectively. This may include helping the teachers set up materials and recording teachers delivering the instruction.

SPONSOR FUNDED

•This is a .75 FTE position which involves on-campus and online duties, with job continuation dependent upon grant funding. The work schedule is 6 hours a day between the hours of 8:30am-5:15pm

Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a High School diploma or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with data management (SPSS, Excel), data entry and data reliability procedures. Some supervisory experience is required as the candidate will work with and supervise students. Able to provide office management support. Some teaching experience would be a plus.
