The Role The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined implementation and project requirements. This will be accomplished by planning, organizing, and managing resources, communicating and aligning with all relevant stakeholders, mitigating foreseeable risks and ultimately delivering successful outcomes for both Phase and Phase Partners. Key responsibilities include working with the Phase team to define the project scope, create detailed project plans to ensure key milestones and tasks are clear, assigning tasks to drive accountability, monitoring progress to ensure resources are allocated where needed and resolving issues that arise. The position focuses on driving project efficiency and successful partnership implementation while ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall vision, mission and objectives.

Key responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:

Defining project scope and goals Developing detailed project plans and timelines Estimating project budget and resource allocation Identifying and managing project risks Establishing communication plans and alignment with stakeholders

Team Leadership and Execution:

Assembling and managing project teams Delegating tasks and assigning responsibilities Monitoring project progress against the plan Identifying and addressing project roadblocks Fostering collaboration and team dynamics

Budget and Resource Management:

Tracking project expenditures against the budget Managing resource allocation and optimizing utilization Identifying cost-saving opportunities

Stakeholder Alignment and Communication:

Regularly updating stakeholders on project status Managing stakeholder expectations and addressing concerns Facilitating meetings and presentations to key stakeholders

Project Closure:

Completing project documentation and reports Conducting project reviews and lessons learned analysis Obtaining project acceptance from stakeholders
