- IT /Full-Time /Hybrid Playon is looking for a Project Manager to drive execution across our most critical product and engineering initiatives.
Sitting within the engineering organization, this role requires a strong grasp of both the product development lifecycle (PDLC) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and the ability to lead cross-team efforts spanning product, platform, and infrastructure. You will serve as a key integrator
- connecting engineering with product, design and other business functions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of our large-scale product programs and technical priorities.

IN THIS ROLE YOU CAN EXPECT TO

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource planning and budgets to ensure successful execution and delivery of key milestones Support Product Director partners with quarterly and annual planning efforts, starting from the ideation phase to project and/or program go-to-market launches Partner with Product Directors and team to update high priority project and program tracking, manage rhythms of PDLC, collect estimates against projects and surface risks throughout the projects Lead end-to-end program management for high-impact product and engineering initiatives across multiple teams Facilitate and drive cross-team visibility and coordination across product, engineering, design and QA to ensure aligned and effective execution mapping back to business priorities and objectives Own program planning, dependency mapping, and risk management for strategic projects Ensure clarity of scope, delivery milestones, and accountability across teams Apply understanding of the software development lifecycle to manage roadmaps Surface and resolve blockers, escalate risks, and proactively communicate status to stakeholders and leadership Develop and maintain clear project and program dashboards, documentation and reporting Champion operational excellence by improving planning cycles, coordinating stakeholder involvement,facilitating cross-organization meetings and feedback loops, and creating transparency with standardized tooling Provide governance and support for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to ensure standardized usage, optimized workflows and alignment with team and organizational needs

5+ years of experience in program/project management roles in software engineering environments Deep familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, and cross-functional software delivery Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage engineers and non-technical stakeholders Experience managing large, strategic initiatives with multiple teams and moving parts Excellent organization skills, bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-paced environments Experience working in tools like Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs or strategic planning frameworks
