Job Description
Project Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee technology and business initiatives within our Atlanta-based enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading Agile and Waterfall projects, working with cross-functional teams, and delivering successful project outcomes on time and within scope. This is a hybrid role
, requiring onsite presence 3 days a week in Atlanta, GA
.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for IT and business transformation projects
Develop detailed project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and manage timelines
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders
Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) as needed
Work with PMO standards, documentation templates, and reporting tools
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in project management (IT or enterprise environments)
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
Experience managing application development, system upgrades, or infrastructure projects
Proficiency with JIRA
, Confluence
, MS Project
, Smartsheet
, or similar tools
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendors
Bachelor s degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP
, Scrum Master (CSM)
, or SAFe certifications
Experience working in banking, finance, healthcare, or government sectors
Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
