Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, and deliverables. Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable project tasks. Utilize process management techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet goals. Facilitate Scrum meetings and manage Agile processes to ensure team collaboration and accountability. Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and quality management standards throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Visio for process mapping and documentation of workflows. Requirements Proven experience in project management, particularly in IT project management environments. Strong skills in budgeting, scope management, and quality management practices. Familiarity with program development methodologies and contract management principles. Proficiency in tools such as Visio for process documentation. Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A relevant degree or certification in Project Management is a plus.
