Job Description

Description Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion. Orders necessary supplies, tools, and equipment’s within the precise specifications of the project. Collaborates with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure specifications are met. Submits testing and inspection reports, quality assurance inspections, and other reports when required. Monitors execution of each phase of project and milestones according to plan, responding to any deviation, quality or timing issues. Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are followed. Utilizes Project management software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression. Manages multiple projects simultaneously at various stages Represents Owners, Architects, Consultants, Municipalities, Vendors and Subcontractors. Administers financial aspects of the owner’s contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders through Procore software, adhering to budget, timelines and quality standards. Manages team members, subcontractors, and suppliers in the area of responsibility by giving direction, monitoring performance, and providing feedback so as to comply with project schedules.
