Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive our packaging projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project objectives are met while adhering to timelines and budgets, and will play a key role in coordinating between various departments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage packaging projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and sales goals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and marketing to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and gather feedback.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements for packaging. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, specifically in the packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
