The Project Manager II supports the impactful programs of work within their assigned portfolio. They are a part of the Product Program Management Office (PPMO). This team sits within the Global Product & Analytics Organization and is part of a larger Product Operations team.
Responsibilities:
+ Be a source of process improvement + Own multiple complex projects which most likely cross multiple verticals + Surface ideas for improvement + Lead change management across the entire team/organization + Lead cross-functional team members + Special projects may be assigned to this level professionally to include process improvements
Requirements:
+ This individual will be supporting members of a global product team, and it will require flexible working hours + 3-5 years of Project Management experience + Have strong communication and organization skills + Have strong written and verbal presentation skills + Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management Software applications + PMP certification, Agile CSM, or Six Sigma green/black belt preferred +
