Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering/management. Proven experience in the commercial construction industry ( industrial, healthcare, retail, office, senior living, and multi-family experience preferred ). Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $1 – $30 million range. Proven experience in general contracting. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools. Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing. Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and owners/clients. Willingness to travel for projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and other project management tools. Proactive and effective communication skills. Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Responsibilities:

Manage project schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports. Lead construction progress meetings. Oversee design development. Prepare and manage project budgets, profit projections, schedules, and bid documents. Negotiate and award subcontracts. Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports. Collaborate with owners/clients, field teams, subcontractors, and internal teams.
