$85.2K – $116K a year 1 hour ago Qualifications GMP Mid-level Full Job Description Job Purpose The Project Managers for Mikart, LLC are the leader of the project team and are the prime dedicated project contact for both the customer and the customer project team in all matters related to the development, manufacturing or service activities. A highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter who is able to assimilate new information quickly and who enjoys working closely with others within a fast-paced project execution environment. Accountabilities As the customer advocate within Mikart, understanding and representing the agreed scope and ensuring those agreed customer expectations are fulfilled. For the project delivery to time and cost, raising change orders for any change requests and obtaining approval prior to the execution of additional work. For the Leadership and coordination of the Customer project team in the delivery of all activities associated with development and GMP manufacture. Create a project plan, identify required resources and obtain agreement to the resource loaded plan. Track the progress against plan and deviations associated with it. For Identification and mitigation of potential project risks in the project. For Proactive reporting to the leadership team, against agreed customer and internal milestones, progress issues and risks. For the forecast and billing of customer revenue in with the agreed budget. For managing 5-8 projects with medium to high complexity. Essential Job Functions Plan and deliver all stages of the project within a matrix organization. This would include the introduction of new products into the facilities, process development, analytical method development and qualification, equipment purchase and qualification, and for overseeing the preparation for, execution of and close out of exhibit and validation batches. The job holder will be responsible for resolving internal project team issues and for coordinating decision making within the team and driving progress to completion to the required standard (internal and customer) A key requirement is effective and accurate communication both with the customer and with site personnel at all levels of the organization, including the ability to chair both internal and external meetings professionally and efficiently Develop resource loaded project timelines that can be delivered. Coordinate activities across the project management group to manage the resources available to meet the overall project priorities. Report progress and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner. Work with the project planner and buyer to secure the project materials required. The coordination of all necessary pre-development information required for the project i.e. quota requests, NDC codes, imprint information etc.
