Job Description Your Role:
The Manager, Total Rewards will serve as the Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Total Rewards, providing strategic support and ensuring the effective execution of total rewards initiatives. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with a deep understanding of total rewards programs and the ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
Assist the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and implementing total rewards strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
Project Management:
Lead and manage key total rewards projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of total rewards programs.
Data Analysis:
Conduct detailed analysis of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to inform strategic decisions.
Communication:
Prepare and present reports, presentations, and communications related to total rewards initiatives.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and support to the total rewards team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Compliance:
Ensure all total rewards programs comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for enhancing total rewards programs and processes.
Experience you bring:
7 + years of experience with a proven track record in project management and strategic support roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Some experience within HR or Total Rewards will be preferred
Skills:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
Deep understanding of total rewards programs and market trends.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
