Project Manager- W2 (C2H)
Description:
The Project Manager is a leading performer that manages technology projects processes by leveraging creativity and comprehensive operational understanding to resolve a wide range of business issues. This role develops project plans, directs, and coordinates activities to ensure that goals or objectives of projects and/or programs are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
Responsibilities:
Lead project teams, be responsible for end-to-end project management across all functions.
Accountable for helping to manage the overall
SAP OTC S/4
end to end solutions.
Develop detailed plans for the S/4 delivery, identification, and management of program resources in a matrixed environment.
Manage and coach a team that will make process changes to improve project execution efficiency and scalability
Identify and partner with key business users from different functions and affiliate organizations to derive project needs that will enhance Order management and fulfillment systems.
Develop and maintain work plans that consider strategic goals, priorities, milestones, time estimates, task sequencing and critical paths while at the same time determining what tasks can be performed concurrently.
Ensures the timely and quality development of all deliverables for programs/projects.
Must be able to thoroughly assess projects eliminating or minimizing scope creep.
Create a consistent methodology to track and maintain future enhancements as additional requirements are added unexpectedly to a project.
Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred.
5+ yrs of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
