This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning :

Develop detailed project plans, define goals, and manage timelines, budgets, and risks.

Team Leadership :

Lead cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, HR, and product development.

Resource Management :

Allocate and monitor resources to support efficient project execution.

Execution & Monitoring :

Oversee daily project activities, track KPIs, and ensure timely milestone delivery.

Stakeholder Communication :

Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with business goals.

Process Improvement :

Identify and implement scalable process enhancements during the ramp-up phase. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience managing projects in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience with budgeting and resource allocation in large-scale projects.
