This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in some of the most distinctive landscape projects across Metro Atlanta. Your Role:

As our Project & Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing landscape installation projects from preconstruction to final completion, working closely with our design and sales teams to ensure top-quality execution. This role combines project oversight and production coordination, requiring a proactive and organized leader who thrives in a hands-on, collaborative setting. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and take charge of:

• Scheduling and job sequencing
• Material procurement
• Crew supervision (our field supervisors average over 10 years of experience with Scapes).

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead from the front.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in landscape installation, including hardscapes and irrigation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A proactive, independent work ethic and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Experience in estimating (we provide training!)
• Ability to communicate and help train installation personnel.
• Creative problem-solving to bring our clients’ visions to life
• Familiarity with landscape equipment (e.g. skid steers, dingos, and other small machinery)
