Job Description
Senior Electrical Project Manager
Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find a Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee multiple commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects from pre-construction to completion
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy
Manage project teams, including field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout project execution
Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing project challenges
Oversee the preparation and processing of RFIs, change orders, and submittals
Conduct regular project meetings, providing progress updates and addressing concerns
Support business development efforts by building and maintaining client relationships
Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project managers and field teams
Qualifications:
7+ years of electrical project management experience with an electrical contractor
Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project scheduling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Stable work history
Proficiency with project management software is a plus
