Full Job Description Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, establish timelines, and coordinate resources. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings and ensure proper documentation.
Business Analysis:
Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Collaborate with various departments to gather and document detailed business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Create and maintain business process documentation. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost-benefit analyses.
Encompass Administration:
Assist team in administering and maintaining the Encompass system, ensuring optimal performance. Configure and customize Encompass settings to meet business needs. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Encompass. Stay updated with Encompass updates and enhancements. Proven experience in project management and business analysis. Strong knowledge of Encompass system administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
