Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities.
Document Control:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, and as-built drawings.
Procurement and Inventory:
Manage purchase orders /Invoices and optimize materials and equipment.
Financial Data Entry:
Accurately input financial data into multiple systems, similar to Oracle, SAP, and others.
Telecom Data Analysis:
Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.
OOM Management:
Track and manage outstanding orders and materials. &nspb;:
Qualifications:
